What we do

Maintaining a pipeline of leaders in an organisation is tough. Really tough. We exist to help you meet this challenge head on.

How do we do it?

1. We start by working alongside you to identify the 'up and comers' in your organisation.

2. These emerging leaders then hang out with us for a workshop where we help them discover the confidence and concepts that they need to step us leaders in your organisation. These workshops can be for a half day, a full day or even up to two weeks.

3. These leaders stay engaged with our network, and if you like we can continue to support them with mentoring and thought leadership for another twelve months.

How are we different from every other leadership development organisation?

We are a little tired of boring, powerpoint driven, outdated personal development programs. We use the Harvard case study approach, placing leaders in the hot-seat in relevant and cutting edge role plays. We have a no Power-Point guarantee. Participants are engaged right from the beginning, grounding our content in their unique realities. We cater exclusively for 18-40 year olds. Our facilitators are graduates from the world's best centre's of learning and have extensive and global leadership experience across the corporate, government and non-profit sectors.
